Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an action-oriented approach stemming from behavior therapy that helps individuals embrace their thoughts and emotions rather than fighting or avoiding them. ACT encourages living in alignment with personal values by cultivating psychological flexibility—the ability to adapt to life’s challenges while staying focused on what truly matters. Through practical techniques, clients learn to accept difficult feelings, defuse unhelpful thought patterns, and take meaningful actions toward their goals. Rooted in evidence-based principles, ACT supports lasting growth and resilience. It’s not about eliminating discomfort but creating a fulfilling, value-driven life alongside it.

Recently Diagnosed Autistic Women
I specialize in supporting recently diagnosed (and self-diagnosed) autistic women as they explore and embrace their neurodivergent identity. Receiving a diagnosis later in life can bring a mix of relief, self-discovery, and new challenges, and I am here to help navigate this journey. Together, we’ll work to untangle years of masking, self-doubt, and misunderstanding, while fostering self-compassion and celebrating your authentic self. My approach is grounded in understanding the unique experiences of autistic women, creating a safe space to process, grow, and build a life that honors your needs and strengths. You are not alone, and your story deserves to be seen and valued.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Neurodivergent-affirming Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) focuses on supporting individuals through an approach that prioritizes collaboration, consent, and meaningful skill-building that aligns with the individual’s identity and values. It avoids attempts to suppress natural neurodivergent traits, instead fostering autonomy, communication, and self-advocacy. By creating supportive, inclusive environments, this affirming approach helps individuals thrive without compromising their authenticity. The goal is to celebrate neurodiversity while promoting personal growth and well-being.

Parent & Caregiver Guidance
I am dedicated to supporting parents as they navigate the complexities of raising children, especially those who are neurodivergent. My experience working with neurodivergent children and teens has given me insight into the unique challenges parents face, from understanding sensory and emotional needs to advocating for their child’s strengths or areas for support. I focus on empowering parents with tools to better support their children, strengthen their bond, and navigate challenges with confidence and compassion. Together, we’ll work toward creating a connected and supportive family environment where everyone can thrive.
