My Practice
Hello! My name is Alex Martynowicz, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep passion for supporting individuals in a way that honors their unique experiences and strengths. In addition to my work in behavior analysis, I am also a certified Yoga Teacher and Meditation Instructor. I take a holistic approach to my work, emphasizing authenticity, autonomy, and inclusion.
As someone who is autistic, I understand firsthand the importance of creating a space where individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered to thrive. My approach is grounded in the belief that each person has the potential to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life, and I collaborate closely with my clients to help them achieve their goals in a compassionate, respectful way.
I work with individuals and families to address behavioral challenges, improve communication skills, and foster emotional well-being, while integrating practices such as yoga and mindfulness to promote mind-body connection. I believe in meeting people where they are and supporting them in their journey toward greater self-awareness, self-expression, and resilience.
Together, we will work to create an environment that nurtures growth and healing, where every individual can feel valued and empowered to lead a life that reflects their true self.
